The gyoza skin is well balanced in thickness to be enough elastic and strong to hold the filling and at the same time does not feel doughy and thick.
Our skin is developed by our R&D to replicate the traditional style of gyoza but at the same time being resistant to withstand several ways of old and modern reheating methods.
